Happening Now: Fishing great both upstream and down from the confluence of the north fork. The North fork is down and at a cross-able level so hitting the river from either side. Working the banks as well as the fast runs will produce fish.
Fish seem to be most active in the morning and head to deeper water in the afternoon.
Most Productive:Dry Dropper with small mayfly emergers. Nymphing caddis pupa and mayfly emergers will also produce some nice fish. Dont pass up the faster runs either, cause fish are hanging the the feeding lanes. You will find pods of fish feeding on trico's so getting upstream of the rising fish and getting a good down stream drift will get some eats as well.
