An attractor nymph or leech with a smaller midge dropped below would be a good way to start the day. Caddis will be out and about too
Buggers, leeches, and small streamers are a good option too.

Midges 18-24: Black Flash Midge Pupa, Tavs Big Mac, Bling Midge.
